Here are the measurements i made I have a spare layshaft which as you can see bears the marks where the original rotors sat. My measurement was old rotor at 32.25 mm, new rotor at 31.25mm as measured from end of layshaft.
Not much clearance when new rotor is bought forward 1mm between pump housing divider and woodruff key.
I measured housing rotor divider at 4.00mm thickness.
Everything went to gather very well and the engine turns by hand very freely without any strange noise.
engine and frame now back together. will finish building bike during the weekend.
When the rest of the bike is completed i can install these and the new oil cooler.
