Sometimes it is quite difficult to translate some German into English,
the same like you want to translate “ it is raining cat and dogs” or “ I can eat pizza till the cows come home” into German.
The experience of the last year with different motorcycles is the same,
the buyer has to test it till the end and discover the construction fault.
The interesting part of KTM Superduke 1290 and BMW S1000R, both were tested at engine test bench of a Magazine, and the Superduke has only 174 HP and the S1000R which should have 160 HP, was tested with 170 HP.
I have not found a dealer with a Superduke for a testride, S1000R and the new Ducati Monster 1200S was easy to get. The Monster is the right bike for the country road, and S1000R is for my taste to close at the S1000RR for riding on country roads, but I am sure, better on the race track than the Superduke. Superduke fix you on the seat, not much space to move.
And Rika got the challenge to go with his MonsterMoto to MO-Motormagazine to compete with KTM Superduke 1290. This will become the special “DAY OF THUNDER”.
But he has still some problems of engine- stability, so we hope that he succeed and kick them ass. Or he has to hit the nail on the head and shows who is the Dare-Devil
